At Studio 64 Recovery, we very much like to treat our clients as whole individuals. We don't see them only in terms of being addiction sufferers. We see them as viable human beings that need to learn how to better care for themselves.

Through our holistic treatment programs, we do address addiction issues. However, we also like to focus on each client's overall well-being. That requires us to consider their overall physical and mental health. If patients eat well, get exercise, and use activities to keep their minds working, they are less likely to focus on substance abuse.

Some of the holistic treatment programs we might consider for any given client would include art/music therapy, recreational therapy, yoga, meditation, and acupuncture therapy. With any of these options, clients are taught to seek inner peace and serenity.
